Flatly stated; We do not sell or give any information to outside sources and never will. All customer information is strictly secret and kept on an internal server that is not connected to the internet.
Receiving your Order
When your order arrives, please check the box and tape for damage or tampering. Should you discover evidence of damage or tape tampering, check the contents before accepting the order. Should you accept the order and later find it was damaged in shipment, contact the shipper and then call us at 1-866-916-1583.
International Orders
Customers outside United States of America need to understand and comply with the following: We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your custom office if you have any questions. Laws are different in each country, and it is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment to you of the product you are buying. If for any reason the package is seized by Custom Officials, we will not issue refund. The customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
On receiving your order if you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of receipt (as stated at the bottom of your invoice that arrived in the box or by mail) to inform us of your return. Then mail the item(s) back to us postage paid and insured, and we will gladly issue a refund. Please include your invoice slip with return and the reason for the return. Please remember to call first as any unauthorized returns will be returned to sender. If you paid by credit card we'll credit your charge account within 3 - 5 business days of receiving the item(s) and inspection of the return. If you paid by check, you'll receive a refund check within 10 business days. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
NOTE: The item must be returned in ORIGINAL, NEW, UNUSED (if this is not clear enough, call for further clarification) condition with NO alterations or tampering of any kind, in ALL the original containers (inner boxes must have NO mailing labels on them) and MUST be accompanied by all parts, paperwork, labels, and any special packing material that accompanied the product. Should the product be returned missing any of the aforementioned items or in less than NEW condition, the cost of the missing items and/or the cost to return the product to NEW condition will be deducted from the customer's credit. Lack of care and/or failure to follow these instructions can result in your responsibility for the cost incurred to bring the product back to new condition, or it’s replacement. It is the customer's responsibility to package the product for safe return without damage to the product or its immediate container.
Please Note: There is a 15% restocking fee on frivolous returns.
